For administrative reform – 520 million rubles

The Government of Murmansk region confirmed a regional special program «Installation of administrative reform in Murmansk region» for 2009-2011 year in order to incarnate the action of administrative reform, create the optimal sacerdotalism, increase the quality and accessibility of state services.For achieving the goals it is necessary to: create multifunctional centers (MFZ), which provide state and municipal services; provide state services in electronic form; resist the corruption in Government executive bodies and so on. The total bill for this program is more than 520 million rubles, as a press-secretary of Murmansk region’s Government informs.

It is planned to create MFZ in Murmansk, Olenegorsk, Kolsky district; reduce time of accordance and amount of necessary documents; raise the level of comfort in providing state and municipal service. The regional Government recommended local authorities to develop and accept municipal programs concerning the items from administrative reform.
