New Head of the Control and Account Chamber

Sergey Agarkov was appointed to the post of the Head of the Control and Account Chamber of the Murmansk region on October 31, 2008. It was announced on the meeting of the Murmansk Regional Duma. Former Head of the Regional Chamber has retired. Evgeniy Nikora, Speaker of the Regional Duma, thanked Andrey Artemov for the long and productive work. He is going to solicit Uriy Evdokimov to award Governor’s Certificate of Honour to Sergey Agarkov.

Andrey Artemov mentioned the main aim of Chamber’s work in general and Head’s in particular is to attract attention of the Murmansk Executive Authorities to the annual reports on the effective budget usage.
