New destinations with the help of “Aeroflot-Nord”

The meeting of Vladimir Korotaev, Managing Director of airline company “Aeroflot-Nord”, and Alexander Makarov, First Deputy Governor of the Murmansk region, to discuss the development plan of domestic and international airlines was held on October 20, 2008.Ehduard Dombay, Head of the Murmansk “Aeroflot-Nord” subsidiary, informed MBNEWS “Aeroflot-Nord” plans to enlarge the number of flights and directions from Murmansk and arrange new flight Murmansk-Rovaniemi in the nearest future. According to Ehduard Dombay, company will not arrange flights to Rovaniemi right on the edge of New Year holidays due to the prolong negotiations with Finnish companies.

Plan of company’s development in the nearest future are to enlarge the territory of flights, to purchase brand-new Russian airplanes Sukhoi SuperJet 100 and to pass the audit inspection on IOSA standards that allows company to provide high-security service and comfortable conditions for passengers.
