Visa division of the Norwegian Embassy in Murmansk receives requests to issue a visa for trips to Netherlands. Earlier citizens of Murmansk and Murmansk region had to address their requests for Netherlands visa to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Saint-Petersburg. The visa application fee is 1,250 rubles for Russian citizens and 2,100 rubles for citizens of CIS countries. According to travel.ru, the Norwegian Embassy in Murmansk has reserved the right to send documents to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Saint-Petersburg in some cases.
