Did the broken Boeing-737 really exist?

The flight 5H-555 Moscow-Murmansk from Sheremetyevo-Airport was delayed on September 25, 2008. As central press agencies informed, «passengers were invited on board of Boeing-737, which after the removal of fuel system defect flew to Murmansk». According to Roman Genis, the chief of Sheremetyevo-Airport Press Service, the delay of the flight was actually made because of fuel system defect and after its removal all 80 passengers flew to Murmansk.

Ehduard Dombaj, the head of the Murmansk «Aeroflot-Nord» subsidiary, explained to MBNEWS that the flight from Moscow to Murmansk was made by TU-154, preliminary included in the flight-list. The plane landed in Murmansk airport at 19:15 instead of usual 16:00 and it was the main reason for 15 passengers to return tickets.

Igor Gurevich, the adviser of the «Aeroflot-Nord» PR-director, specified that the exploitation of Boeing-737 VP-BKT was temporarily stopped owning to the investigation of the crash happened on September 14, 2008. As he noticed, it is not connected with the delay of Moscow-Murmansk flight. All flights made by Boeing-737 VP-BKT are kept on the timetable and made by other planes.

The executive controller of Moscow «Aeroflot-Nord» representative office cleared the situation: the replacement of Boeinf-737 by TU-154 didn’t occur. TU-154 was initially prepared for the 5H-555 flight, a breakage was found on board, but after its removal passengers successfully flew to Murmansk.
